We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase if you are not happy with your product.
A refund or exchange will be given on all items purchased ONLY if items are returned within 7 days of purchase (UK) and in their brand new condition with any tags still attached. Any items returned that are not in their original condition will NOT be refunded or exchanged. Items being returned that smell of cigarettes, perfume or aftershave will NOT be refunded and WILL be returned to the customer as they will be considered to have been worn. Please note: we cannot return Jewellery or Accessories including belts and bags.
Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original transaction ONLY. Please allow 5-10 days for this to take effect. Please note that postage costs cannot be refunded. For exchanges, please allow 5 working days from the date we receive the return for exchanges to be processed and shipped.
All Exchanges/Returns must be returned within the 7 days returns period. To return a purchase, follow the returns form on your invoice and return the item in its original condition and packaging to the following address:

We suggest that you return your items by special delivery so that they can be tracked and traced. ETTO Boutique cannot be held responsible for the sound delivery of items being returned to the website.
