HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • We do not cover your shipping costs back to us 
  • We are happy to accept any item(s) for a return which still have tags attached, please note any items which appear worn i.e. smell of food, cigarette smoke or perfume/aftershave they will be sent back to the customer. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving any items returned over this time period will NOT be refunded 
  • Please place a note in your return package stating the order number, name and whether you are wanting to exchange or return your garment(s)
  • You can return your order into store 2 Bawtry Road Brinsworth, S60 5DN
  • Please note jewellery cannot be returned for an exchange or refund
  • Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original transaction only. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be processed.

EXCHANGES

  • We do not cover your shipping costs back to us 
  • You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely
  • Exchanges are shipped at no extra cost to our customers
  • If you decide to exchange something which is less expensive than your original purchase then the difference will be refunded back to your credit/debit card used to pay
  • Exchanges take 5-10 days to process once received

We suggest that you return your items by special delivery so that they can be tracked and traced. ETTO Boutique cannot be held responsible for the sound delivery of items being returned to the website.
